Fannish Enterprises currently accepts the following types of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, cashier's checks/money orders, and personal checks. Corporate customers who order wholesale quantities also may use purchase orders.
If you use a Visa or MasterCard, you can make your payment online through 2CheckOut. Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will be notified that all went well. We too will be notified that your purchase has been made. We normally ship stock orders within 72 hours. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
If you use a cashier's check or money order, you will receive a message stating the final amount due. Please send us the check for the stated amount and your order number. You can also include a printout of your order form if you desire. We normally ship these orders within 72 hours of receiving your check. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
If you use a personal check, you will receive a message giving the final amount due. Please send us the check for the stated amount and your order number. You can also include a printout of your order form if you desire. We will hold personal check orders for 10 days to ensure the check has cleared. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
If we have mistakenly filled a stock order, we will certainly replace the incorrect item(s) at no cost to you. Please contact us first to let us know a return's on its way. Also, please explain the nature of the return. If the shipment was damaged, you should contact the shipper. (We normally send packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS).) You must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
