About Our Products

General

First, let me be honest with you. Fannish Enterprises keeps its costs to you down because we don't maintain a warehouse full of products. Instead, we maintain an inventory of blank products and manufacture the products when you order them.

Besides keeping our costs—and the prices to you—lower, maintaining very little inventory makes sure you receive fresh products when you order them, and not something that's been sitting around for who knows how long.

The only down side to you is that we don't have finished products to photograph for the products pages. Instead, you're seeing the products in a computer graphics format, the same format as we send to the printer to make your finished product.

So, please rest assured that in this case, what you see is not what you get. What you get will be better.

Buttons

The buttons you buy from Fannish Enterprises are aluminum, with your picture/saying underneath a protective sheet of mylar. You attach them to your clothing with an attached pin. They are not the kinds of buttons you click on a Web site.

Because the buttons are made with high-quality metal, they should last for years, but water is not a button's friend. Neither is lots of direct sunlight. So, treat your buttons with a bit of care—don't run them through the washer or wear them on the beach daily—and they will last a long time.

The primary button—the ones you'll see in the "Buttons" category—are 2 1/4" in diameter. That's the most popular size. For photos, however, you might want our 3" button. That's available in the "Custom Buttons " section.

Fridge Magnets

Fridge magnets are pinless buttons with a magnetic back so you can attach them to a fridge (duh!), a locker, your friend's forehead—any surface that a magnet will stick to. You can see in the lower part of the image to the left that the magnet is flexible and sticks to the back of the metal plate by means of adhesive. We do that for you; the magnet is ready to stick in place when you receive it.

As with their button counterparts, the fridge magnets are 2 1/4" in diameter.

Can Cozies

Can cozies are a soft, white polyester fabric with a generous, black foam lining. They completely encase the can and have a bottom—shown as the little half circle at the bottom of the picture to the left—to keep drips off your tabletops. The design you order is placed on both sides of the cozy. The cozy is sewn together to hold it securely and add a bit of elasticity in case you have a slightly differently shaped can than the standard 12 ounce beverage can.

Get one now and keep people guessing whether you have a can of Coke of Bud in your holder!

Mouse Pads

Mouse pads are a soft, polyester fabric with a rubber backing. They are a recetangle with rounded corners, measuring 7 1/4" by 9 3/4", and are 1/4" thick—the thickest mouse pads available. This information holds true for the stock design mouse pads as well as the Photo Mouse Pads.

Coffee Mugs

Coffee mugs are made from ceramic, with a full curved handle, and hold 11 ounces of your favorite hot beverage. The design you choose will be placed on one side so that it's visible when you hold the mug in your right hand. If you want a left-handed mug, please email us that information.

Although the mugs will withstand the temperatures of a dishwasher, it is recommended that you hand wash your mug to keep the colors vibrant.

Caps

Caps are available in either black or white cotton. Either have a button-and-tab or a velcro closure and air vents to keep your head cool. They are called "five-panel" caps because the main panel, the one over the bill, is one solid panel so that your design won't have a seam running down its center.

T-Shirts

T-shirts are made from 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Although they're a bit more expensive than the solid cotton variety, they hold their shape better and are cooler to wear. We only buy name-brand shirts, such as Hanes, Gilden, and Fruit of the Loom—no cheap knock-offs here!

You'll see that we stock three colors—white, ash gray (think athletic gray), and black— in sizes adult small through adult double extra large. The shirts are a standard man-cut design with normal length short sleeves. When ordering, please be sure that you indicate both the size and color that you want
